Autonomous Driving
The Autonomous Driving Industry is one of the most advanced areas in technology today. Not only with its cutting edge AI software but also the advanced systems supported by hardware. With several years of experience at Uber ATG as well as multiple Autonomous Driving trucking companies, we can support advanced design and systems in your need.
We have experience in Module manufacturing (from PCBA to enclosed modules), Vehicle Integration of Sensors and hardware, A surfacing design with B-side implementation, and harness/cable management. With this wide variety of experience, cross disciplinary working is not only necessary but something that is critical for success.
Consumer Products
Consumer products are always a challenge as they have to be able to withstand thousands of cycles of use and public use. This means significant simulations are need to be complete and prototype testing before a product is released for tooling. We offer extensive experience in injection molding and stamping processes.
With these products also comes the need for experience in mass production and supply chain. When investing significant capital into the tooling for production, you need to insure that the product will come out working on the first go without the need of costly modifications. Knowing the correct vendors to make your product at a fair cost is highly important to meet business projections.
Medical Industry
Working on medical devices is a unique challenge on its own. There is really no other industry out there where a product is designed to be implanted inside a human being. This means the level of requirements are very different. Material selection is key so that the body does not have any adverse effects. There is also new level of testing prior to implantation.
With several years of experience, we have worked on a mock circulatory system to mimic the human that involved complex pressure valves to act like the heart's chambers. In addition, significant work was spent on developing a LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device). This LVAD, or pump, is intended to help people with Congestive Heart Failure.
